Stroll along the waterfront past the iconic Catalina Casino to Descanso Beach Club. It's home to Catalina's only beachside restaurant and bar and one of the last private beaches in California open to the public. It's also one of the few places where you can legally have a drink in your hand and your feet in the sand...at the same time. Serene morning hours on the Club's soft imported sand give way to afternoons of sun-drenched fun on the beach, where you can enjoy signature food and drinks delivered to your private cabana, chaise lounge, beach towel or ocean-view table.

Take your Descanso Beach Club to the next level in the comfort and privacy of a Presidential Cabana. Located right on the water, these fully furnished cabanas are roomier than Signature Cabanas, and feature teak flooring, a dining table and unobstructed views of Descanso Beach and iconic Casino.

Hillside Cabanas (8 guest maximum):
Perched on a plateau above picturesque Descanso Beach Club, Hillside Cabanas offer sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and iconic Casino. These spacious, fully furnished retreats offer exceptional comfort and privacy for those who want to escape the Beach Club hustle and bustle.

Important Information
Catalina Island cabana rentals and chaise lounges fill up fast during the summer season, so book early. Weekend prices apply to all holidays. We are unable to offer a waitlist when cabanas and chaise lounges sell out. Please visit the Descanso Beach Club host desk in person to inquire about availability.
To change, modify or cancel an existing reservation, email Cabanas@scico.com. If the availability calendar shows “SOLD OUT,” we are fully committed with reservations. We encourage you to periodically check back to see if there have been any cancellations. Descanso Beach Club is a private facility offering a full-service bar and restaurant. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
