Important Update: Our Properties Are Going Cashless

We are transitioning to a cashless payment system and will now only accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) for all transactions. For your convenience, Cash-to-Card Kiosks are available in Avalon in the lobby of Hotel Atwater and Descanso Beach Club.

Payment Policy
First night rate, occupancy tax charged at time of booking. Remaining balance charged at check-out. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hrs prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hrs prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire stay.

Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $35 charge per night for each additional guest, plus tax.

Hotel entrance is flat with a level landing and an entrance to the lobby larger than 36 inches wide with swinging doors.
Path of travel to guest check-in is an accessible path of travel with accessible slopes from the public sidewalk to the guest check-in counter.
Accessible route to the rooms is an accessible path of travel with accessible slopes from the check-in counter to the ADA rooms, which are all located on the ground floor.
