Luggage

If you are arriving via the ferry terminal, please visit our luggage service office located at the terminal between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The office is located behind the Welcome to Avalon mural. Our team will assist with tagging and transporting your luggage to the hotel and can confirm when it will arrive. Please note that open containers, medical equipment, fragile or specialty items (such as golf clubs or scuba gear) cannot be transported. On departure day, luggage is collected from the hotel at 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the boat terminal via third-party Avalon Blue Line Baggage. Bags must be claimed at the terminal and board with guests.
