Pets
We love animals, but unfortunately Mt Ada is not equipped to handle pets or emotional support animals. However, we do allow service animals.

Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted. We are a non-smoking property.

Important Update: Our Properties Are Going Cashless

We are transitioning to a cashless payment system and will now only accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) for all transactions. For your convenience, Cash-to-Card Kiosks are available in Avalon in the lobby of Hotel Atwater and Descanso Beach Club.

Payment Policy
First night rate, occupancy tax charged at time of booking. Remaining balance charged at check-out.

Fees
City and State Tax; Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests above double occupancy will be charged $180 per person per night.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled arrival will be charged for the entire stay. Full refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 30 days in advance.

Minimum Stay
A two-night stay minimum or longer may be required.

Minimum Age
Children 14 years of age and older are welcome.

Accessibility 
Please note there is no elevator at Mt Ada and guestrooms are located on the second floor.

Group Sales
Company policy prohibits bookings of five (5) or more rooms under the same name, payment method, and/or email address. If you require five (5) or more rooms, we require a room block contracted through our group sales department. For assistance with group sales, please contact GroupSales@scico.com.
