Rated "One of the Best Campgrounds in the West" by Sunset Magazine, Little Harbor Campground is perfect for campers who enjoy playing on the beach or in the water. Located about seven miles east of Two Harbors and 16 miles from Avalon, Little Harbor is a sandy, beachfront campground with lots of opportunities for recreation. This beautiful campground is the only one on Catalina's remote “backside."
Little Harbor is accessible from either Two Harbors (25 min) or Avalon (1.5 hrs) by the Safari Bus or by biking or hiking a strenuous trail along an unpaved road. The Safari Bus is a paid service and baggage space is strictly limited to one lap item (included with ticket) and two larger items (37x23x23) per passenger. Group gear hauls are available from Two Harbors to Little Harbor and Little Harbor to Two Harbors. Please call the Two Harbors Visitor Service Center at 310.510.4205 for further information.

*Firewood, fire starters, charcoal & propane can be added to your reservation by calling Two Harbors Visitor Services. All other supplies & equipment are available on a walk-up only basis. Sleeping bags can not be purchased online. **Tents and 2-burner stoves require a $100 deposit that will be refunded once the tent is returned to Visitor Services in the same condition it was when it was rented out.

Reserve America does charge a $9.25 service fee rather you book online or over the telephone. If reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation start date the camping fees will be refunded. Reserve America does keep the $9.25 booking fee.
