Casino July 4th Celebration

The Spirit of Troy Returns to the Catalina Casino!

The Catalina Island Company and the City of Avalon are excited to announce the return of the USC Trojan Marching Band to the Catalina Casino for an evening concert on the Fourth of July.

With the Casino’s storied history of big band concerts, it’s only natural that the largest band to visit Avalon each year be invited to follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest musicians of all time. The concert will also give island visitors and residents the opportunity to help keep this patriotic tradition alive, as $10 of every ticket sold will be donated to cover the USC Band’s travel expenses.

Doors will open at 6:30pm and the concert will begin promptly at 7:30pm. Tickets start at $30.50 and guarantee standing room only. Seating is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pizza, Hot Dogs, and refreshments will be available for purchase at the bar in the Wrigley Ballroom. Following the concert, guests will be invited to stay and enjoy the annual fireworks display at 9:00pm from the Casino’s Ocean Promenade.
