We have an exciting job opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with customers. Responsible for maintaining dining tables and preparing for new arrivals. Will communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service. Will assist servers with tending to guests to ensure they have basic dining essentials and delivery of food items in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant to provide optimum customer experience. Other duties in the kitchen will be assigned as needed. Obtain /have California State Food Handler’s Certification.
The hostess will welcome guests as they arrive the restaurant and interact with guests as they exit the restaurant to ensure they had an enjoyable experience. Will monitor open dining sections for available tables, estimate wait times and seat guests. Make sure guests are comfortable while waiting to be seated and keep them informed of the wait status. Will be responsible for answering phones and booking reservations. The successful incumbent should be well organized, have an outgoing personality, a positive attitude and a true passion for providing high quality customer service. Minimum of one year experience.
Enthusiastic, service oriented, qualified bartenders with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is high volume with a fast pace production of cocktails and service. Responsible for preparing beverage products and providing high-quality service to guests. Assist fellow co-workers in delivering beverages and service to guests. Maintain bar in neat and organized manner and assist with inventory and restocking bar items. Support special events and promotions to enhance sales. Obtain /have California State Food Handlers certification and LEAD Certification as applicable. Minimum of three years’ experience.
Energetic, outgoing individuals who desire to create the ultimate guest experience. Greet guests with a positive, friendly attitude and engage in conversations as appropriate. Provide information about menu items, specials, promotions. Be cautious of food allergies and know ingredients of menu items. Deliver food in a timely manner. Properly open and pour wine or champagne at tables. Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with food and service. Obtain /have California State Food Handlers certification and LEAD Certification as applicable. Minimum of two years’ experience.
