White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

1 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 ¼ cup Cold Butter
3 each Whole Eggs
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tea Salt
2 tea Baking Soda
1 cup Macadamia Nuts
2 cups White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 325f. Mix flour, salt and baking soda. Set Aside. Cream both sugars and butter until combined. Beat in eggs to butter mixture. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in Nuts and Chocolate. Using a cookie scoop, pan out cookies onto a wax or parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy warm.
