Banning House Lodge, meticulously restored and transformed into a delightful bed and breakfast-style inn, greets you with sweeping vistas of the Isthmus and Catalina Harbor, providing the perfect getaway in the charming Catalina Island village of Two Harbors. 

As our guest, you will enjoy access to an array of comforts and amenities. Our Common Great Room and Sunroom offer cozy places to read a book by a roaring fire, while the beautifully trellised courtyard is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink and enjoy beautiful island vistas. Shuttle service to and from Two Harbors village is provided. 

*There is no internet access at Banning House Lodge.

Villa Santa Rosa

A short stroll from the beach and Two Harbors village, Villa Santa Rosa is a beautifully-decorated vacation rental home, featuring a large front deck where you can relax and enjoy sweeping views of Isthmus Cove and beyond.

Two suites and two guest rooms with a third bath can comfortably accommodate up to eight. An open living area with massive stone fireplace is a great gathering place to enjoy a movie or take in the island scenery through a huge wall of harbor-view windows.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities and large enough for group preparation of family meals. There’s also ample space for everyone to dine indoors or outdoors on the expansive deck.

Guests of Villa Santa Rosa enjoy continental breakfast at Banning House Lodge, and daily wine and cheese hour. Shuttle service to and from Isthmus Pier is provided between 9AM and 8PM.
