The Banning House Lodge was built in 1910 as the summer home for the pioneering Banning brothers who owned the island. It has since been renovated into a charming 11-room Craftsman Style lodge.

Casa Santa Cruz in Two Harbors over looks both harbors. The enclosed sun room over looks Cat Harbor with a jacuzzi tub that can accommodate six guests. The front of Casa Santa Cruz features a large front patio deck with gas BBQ overlooking the Isthmus cove.
