Trails range from novice to advanced level, with mountain bikes and helmets required. Permits are required to ride on land owned by the Santa Catalina Island Conservancy. Rental equipment is available.

Whether you are taking a day hike from your luxurious hotel or backpacking across the entire island, Two Harbors is a perfect place to start your journey. Free hiking permits are required and are available at the Two Harbors Visitor Services office.

fishingSanta Catalina Island’s sparkling coastline offers some of the best ocean fishing anywhere. Sea bass, yellow tail and halibut are just a few of the varieties of sport fish waiting for your bait. Shore fishing, boat trips and underwater spear fishing are available.
