Avalon’s only seaside private beach club with restaurant and bar has been completely transformed to feature upgraded facilities with new high-end amenities such as private *Cabana and Chaise Lounge Rentals.
A favorite of both visitors and locals, this is a popular escape from downtown Avalon during the summer season. Situated in a private cove just past the Casino, the beach club offers the beauty of a private beach with all the advantages of a club.
Enjoy the splendor of Descanso Beach Club from a private cabana or upgraded chaise lounge. Rentals are available seven days a week from 11am to 4pm.
Each cabana has an ocean view, accommodations for a maximum of six guests and includes the following**:
- Two Chaise Lounges
- Access to our new Patio Dining
- Complimentary Bottled Water
- Bowl of whole assorted fruit
- Personalized Food and Beverage Service
- Cabana host/hostess and food server
- Complimentary Wireless Internet Access
- Complimentary beach towels
- Three Daily Amenities
Each pair of Chaise Lounges can accommodate a maximum of two guests and includes the following:
- Two Chaise Lounges
- Access to our new Patio Dining

- One Daily Amenity
The open-air restaurant offers daytime and evening dining with fire rings on the beach and two outdoor bars. The Descanso Beach Club also serves as the home and staging area for the new Zip Line, Rock Climbing Tower and Sea Trek Undersea Adventures.

There is a $2 per guest fee for using the private beach, no charge when seated in the dining or bar area. Descanso Beach Club has a full service Restaurant and Bar, please no outside food or beverage.

*Cabana/Chaise Lounge Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy asks that you notify at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Guests that do not comply with the cancellation policy will not be refunded.
